Beach in Baska Voda
Nikolina Beach is the main beach here, whose name is after the patron saint of the village, St. Nicholas the Traveller. It is known since the beginning of the 20th century. This beach is has the Blue Flag. Moreover, in 2008 it received the most valuable national tourist award, the Blue Flower. This award is because is the best maintained beach on the Croatian Adriatic Sea. In short, the beach is among 10 most attractive beaches in the Mediterranean area.

St. Nicholas’ Church is dedicated to the patron saint of Baska Voda Voda. It sits at the top of an elegant sweep of stairs in the centre of town. Two small bells are on top of the church front side. But the bell tower to the right is there since 1991. Some colourful stained glass windows were installed in 1987 with paintings of the Stations of the Cross.
