From late May until October is the hottest period of the year in Benalmadena and Malaga on Costa del Sol, south Spain. But the crowds are also larger than off season. If you don’t mind to have many people around you, the best time to go is during summer peak time. If you want quieter times, we suggest you to choose April and May or September, October and even first part of November. If you are looking for a city break in Malaga, you can go anytime, but to avoid the summer heat and crowds is better to go between October and April.
